THE MILLER FAMILY

Andy and Erin Miller oversee operations at the Academies along with the Thompsons. As dual-working parents, they are extremely passionate about child care and ensuring that every family has a fantastic experience at Balanced Family Academy! As parents of Sloane (10) + Blaire (6), they love BFA's all-inclusive approach that supports the success of the whole family! In their free time, you can find Andy and Erin spending time with family, at their girls' various sporting events, and cheering on the Buckeyes and Bengals! Born and raised in Dublin, Andy and Erin are thrilled to live and work in Dublin and are excited about the opportunity to expand in the Dublin and Powell communities!

THE THOMPSON FAMILY

Payton and Kenny Thompson oversee operations at the Academies along with the Millers. As parents of Scarlet (6), Spencer (3), and Nash (1), they understand the importance of reliable, passionate teachers. They love the focus that BFA places on the staff and are committed to ensuring that administrators and teachers have the support they need to be successful! In their free time, you can find Kenny and Payton spending time with family, running around after their kiddos, and cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns! Kenny and Payton are excited to welcome new families to BFA!
