The BFA staff and teachers are AMAZING and truly care about the kids which is exactly what our daughter needed to feel good about learning. We’re Laura and Matt Sforza, owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard. Like many families, we’ve lived in the daily grind: packing bags, labeling diapers, prepping lunches, and racing home for forgotten items. It worked, until it didn’t.

After years of trial and error in childcare, we found something different at Balanced Family Academy: an all-inclusive model where diapers, wipes, meals, and enrichment were all provided. No scrambling or second-guessing, just peace of mind knowing our kids had everything they needed all in one place and were thriving. That experience inspired us to become owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard.
