Meet the Owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard
The Sforza Family
We’re Laura and Matt Sforza, owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard. Like many families, we’ve lived in the daily grind: packing bags, labeling diapers, prepping lunches, and racing home for forgotten items. It worked, until it didn’t.
After years of trial and error in childcare, we found something different at Balanced Family Academy: an all-inclusive model where diapers, wipes, meals, and enrichment were all provided. No scrambling or second-guessing, just peace of mind knowing our kids had everything they needed all in one place and were thriving. That experience inspired us to become owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard.
We partner with parents because we understand the day-to-day challenges you face and design our approach to make life a little easier, giving you the freedom to focus on your day and come home ready to be your best.
We’re proud to serve this incredible community, and we’d love to welcome your family to Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard!
