We are Laura and Matt Sforza, owners of Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard. We have been married for 10 years and have 2 boys, Jacob and Leo. We have worked with various childcare options as parents since Jacob was 10 weeks old and are familiar with the parent side, good, bad, everything in between. We transitioned our children to BFA during Covid and haven’t looked back. The BFA model and program has been great support for our family and we hope to bring the same joy, balance, and support to others. We are incredibly passionate about children, care, and making an impact. We welcome the opportunity of being a part of this incredible community!

The BFA staff and teachers are AMAZING and truly care about the kids which is exactly what our daughter needed to feel good about learning. The recent BFA upgrades to the Sunny Day facility have been a huge improvement and made a good experience even better. It is incredibly difficult for a parent to entrust the care of their precious babies to others, but the staff here made it so much easier. Miss Chrissy and her staff have become like a second family. Their communication is wonderful, and they were instrumental in potty training, pacifier weaning, and this year, in my son’s transition to kindergarten with their after school program. In addition, their summer camp is one of the best values in the area for all the fun outings and activities they plan for the kids to do. They genuinely put the kids first.
