The Balanced Family Academy network is made up of 7 company-owned locations and 10 franchise locations, with several more locations in the works. What started as a dream to provide exceptional care with 12 children and 12 employees in August 2014 is now a thriving community. As of 2024, we care for over 1,500 children and employ 550 dedicated professionals. We're constantly humbled by the growth of our BFA family.
Our leadership team understands that a successful daycare network requires a multifaceted approach. We dedicate ourselves to providing comprehensive support in all the key areas that drive excellence. From ensuring positive customer experiences, exceeding state standards, integrating and developing cutting-edge technology to support families, teachers, and administrators, to enriching educational experiences, cutting-edge child development research, individualized behavior support, strategic marketing, and financial management – our team works tirelessly to nurture every aspect of our schools.
